Over the years Lona has emerged as one of the dominant player in the field of Phthalocyanines. The development work mainly centers on Speciality Phthalocyanine such as Palladium Phthalocyanines, Titanium Phthalocyanines, Lithium Phthalocyanines & Chromium Phthalocyanines. The purity of these Phthalocyanines is very critical & decides its end application.
One
of the important application of the Phthalocyanines is in the field of catalysis.
There are plenty of examples demonstrating its utility as catalysts for many
organic reactions. The development is in progress for studying these reactions.
The
regular commercial products such as solvent stable Alpha blue with improved
heat stability to be used in engineering plastics are also being developed.
